Dried Chrysanthemum Flower Tea

Iam an avid tea drinker who prides herself on collecting everything from oolong to assam to matcha to sencha—but I had NEVER heard of drinking chrysanthemums as tea before! Naturally, I had to give it a try. AiryTea does it beautifully.

It’s got an (obviously) floral body and notes I would almost describe as citrusy to balance it out a bit. Turns out, chrysanthemums aren’t just good-looking, they taste great too! I love how the flowers “bloom” when you steep the tea. Just more reasons to love it.
