We strongly believe that tea does amazing things to both your body and your mind. However, we are still required to put a disclaimer about its health benefits.

The claims we make on our site are a direct result of us reading hundreds of different research publications, scientific studies, and other materials. We did not test the tea ourselves and cannot guarantee that it will prevent or cure certain diseases, or improve your overall condition or life in general.
