Imperial Keemun Tea

I am, and probably always will be, a skeptic. My wife is always raving about some new natural health craze and how delicious all the bizarre organic foods she buys taste and, for the most part, I don’t believe her. But when she bought this tea I decided to humor her and give it a shot, and—wow!

It doesn’t really taste like most teas you’ve probably had at restaurants or brewed from a bag, it’s actually got this really malty, almost dark chocolaty taste that reminds me more of most coffees than it does tea. But with less caffeine?
