Lu'an Melon Seed Tea

All of the green teas I’ve had before (which, admittedly, isn’t very many) were grassier in nature and had a strong aftertaste. I like this one a lot because it ended up being less grassy, but had more of a nutty finish to it, and a slight sweetness that was almost floral in nature. I make this sometimes for those mornings where I just want to get off to a slow start and enjoy the moment, because it is mellow, smooth, and kind of reminds me of crisp fall mornings and toasted pumpkin seeds. I recommend this for anyone who is looking for something outside the usual realm of straightforward green and black teas. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
