Ripe Pu'Erh Cake

I had literally no idea to expect when I bought this. So if you’re like me and have never purchased Pu’Erh before, listen up—it’s a bit different from other teas in that it doesn’t come as a loose leaf variety. The leaves are pressed into a huge cake, which you slice off pieces of and brew again and again.

After I got used to the initial difference in taste, I was totally hooked! And apparently the health benefits for Pu’Erh tea are amazing. It’s bittersweet and earthy, and packed with antioxidants. Gives me way more energy than a cup of coffee, with no crash later! Yes!
