Anxi Tieguanyin Tea

I think I’ve recommended it to everyone in my neighborhood at least half a dozen times, and they’re probably all sick of hearing it, but I don’t even care! It’s sweet and light and fruity, and it doesn’t get that icky grassy aftertaste if you accidentally let it steep too long.

I brewed about a gallon of it the other day and have been keeping it over ice in my fridge for a perfect iced tea. It’s so nice to have on hand for ridiculously hot summer days, especially sweetened with just a little bit of honey or agave.

Seriously, even if you don’t like tea, you need to try this. You’ll thank yourself for it!
