Shui Hsien Tea

I was so impressed by the quality of this tea. I ordered via FedEx and it arrived within a few days—more quickly than I was expecting, given the generous warnings on the website. Once I got it, I made a cup almost immediately and I had to reorder about a week later. It was already gone! The shui hsin has a surprisingly full body and a rich, earthy flavor, with none of the “grassy” notes I sometimes find in oolong blends. The honey aroma is very soothing but not overpowering. I love to drink this tea with meals, as it’s hearty enough to complement a big meal but doesn’t overpower or detract from it. Will definitely keep ordering this one.
